Quick Check is a pre-recorded service which give you access to our information when you don't have WiFi or if you're not too confident checking things online. Calls cost 10p per minute plus your carrier's connection charge. The service is not manned and we cannot connect you to the number you need so remember to grab a pen and paper before you call. If you don't catch the number you need don't call again. Instead, call the mobile number below and we will try to help. If you have found our number on your bill and don't understand why then email or call the mobile number in the first instance and we will try to resolve the matter for you. If you have internet connection you can get these numbers free from our website or others and you can take a screenshot for future reference. Only call Quick Check if you need the number in a hurry and have no other way of checking at the time.
